help on set up!

im gettin new subs and took my old ones out and put some loners in for now but my amp is 800x2 at 2 ohms peak and the subs r 400 max single 4ohm and idk if its ok to keep the amp up and that the ohms will raise lowerin the power or if i should turn it down to half so i dont blow em. all adive taken!

RMS numbers are far more helpful than Max #'s.... and then with legacy you can lower the RMS #'s a bit.... I'd think your subs will be fine but I'd keep the gains down on the amp so it doesn't start distorting and clipping...

hey i have a legacy 1600 watt chrom amp and iv put it to a pair of 200 watt subs that were crap and never had a problem lol legacy not enough power lol.
