help on my f-150

i just got a 1999 f-150 from my dad it was his and im looking to make it a littel more intresting. i was wondering what i should start out with nothing more than $5,000 but i want it to sound good so if u guys could give me some pointers that would be good. i just want it to sound good because im sick of the stock one that sucks and its not loud enough.thanks

As they say "Anything aftermarket will sound 10 times better than stock".

$5000 is a very nice Budget...I built my current system for $1500 and alot of searching for deals! at $5000 you can "almost" just point at anything and say I want that..especially for a Truck Set up..Get some AV stuff too..Satellite Radio etc..you can cut that budget in half and be kickin some *** in the Audio dept!

ok well its 5,000 because ita all my xmas and birthday stuff if it comes to that much the less the better thx for the info and i will take used stuff if you want to sell to me
