im using two 500wats amp for my two subs is 1farad capacitor enough or should i buy one for each amp?

how to wire them in the should i use power ground wire the red one? to the first capacitor terminal and connnect the power ground wire from my amp to the 2nd capacitor terminal?

If you really want a cap, get a Stingpro for 55 bucks 20 volt nominal and 24 volt surge. Plus a cool little digital voltmeter! To wire them you need a resistor to "charge" them that is connected to the + and the neg grounded, without the turn on lead hooked up. Once the voltage reaches what your car runs at (12.5,13.7,14.4) then take the resistor off, hook the + and turn on lead up. Then you are done! Oh and i would connect one cap per amp, make sure they are within 18 inches, mine are 2 inches. And use separate grounds also.
