Help: Of these two amplifier which to choose?

Help me choose one of these amplifiers. The plan would be to move two Alpine SPE-10C2 Coaxial (180 w / 45 rms) and a sub Fenner DW 200 C with its corresponding box (8 inches, 150 w., 4 ohm, resp. Frequency: 40/4300 Hz.). Connecting channels 1 and 2 coax and bridge mode (3 and 4) the sub.

Both prefer the 4/400 not to be short watts-rms (better about missing, no?), Have low gains for better performance, then the price difference between the two is minimal. Then with a 60 amp fuse would be the suitable, no?.
