wasup fellas. well i've posted a few times on here and i havent quite got my questions answered yet.

i'm pretty new to the audio realm and i need some help choosing an amp. i am clueless to how all this works.

i am planning my system out, and i plan to get the new alpine 9855 deck and some mb quart components (PCE). i have 2 12" infiniti refs (300W, 4 ohms)

can someone explain to me how can i determine what amp would provide sufficient power to my subs, speakers? watts, ohms, etc...--this is all new to me...when browsing thru amps, how much power should the amp have?

thx in advance!

First off are those Dual 4ohm or Single?

http://www.jlaudio.com Look at the turitorials on how to wire your subs. Also http://www.bcae1.com is a great site to read up on for electronics and such.

Then once you figure out what ohms you can wire your subs you find an amp that will do 600wrms at that ohm level...so say you can drop it down to 1ohm or 4ohms you would want an amp that does 600wrms at 1ohm or 4ohm (4ohm would be easier to find)
