help new amp blx2000.1d no fuses?

why doesnt this amp have fuses? sonic electronix website says requires external 200a fuse? ive never seen thaty before so i have to installe a inline fuse before the power input on my amp?

Duh… Just about any good amp with more than 800 watts requires external fuse.

im not talking about the one i already have inline after battery this one says run a additional fuse just before amp.

Yes. Alot of the newer higher wattage amps do NOT have on board fuses and require an inline fuse within 6" of the amp. The Soundstream Rubicon 1.2500d I have for trade is the same way. Except, Soundtream provide the inline fuse holder.
