hey whats up everyone first off i would like to say hi to everyone because this is my first post //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif long time reader though. Never really had a problem with wiring or anything rly im pretty handy but heres my problem....

I have an eclipse avn 2454 - double din navi gps mp3 cd player... and when i set my destination in, it says please proceed to the route so the route guidence can begin.... i get to it and it never verbally tells me where to go. It is supposed to fade the music and tell you were to go.... ex) make next left, bare right onto freeway.... I dont know if its because i have the saftey wire grounded or not (so i can watch dvds while i drive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif )

Also i was hookin all this up to a bose system, is there something i needed also rather then hookin the wires straight up?

Thats pretty much it, unless someone knows where the firewall is on a 2004 audi a4 3.0t

just remember to hook the factory amp to the remote turn on on on the HU. or else.. your system won't work.
