Help needed. Autoek or Audison

Hope some one can advise me on the brand to use.

Audison

LRX1.400 ( using 1ohm 900rms to power RF P3 or Alpine Type R )

LRX4.300 ( using to power focal polyglass with active 4 x 65 rms )

Autotek

SX1700 ( Using 1ohm 1200rms to power RF P3 or Alpine Type R )

SX4160 ( Using to power focal polyglass with active 4 x 100rms )

Would like to know whether autotek or audison is better in term of sound quality and power. Hope audison is a underrate amp.

audison is much better quality amp. Most of the times the amp pushes the numbers it gives. I think you won't be wrong with audison

they arent even in the same league, audison is usually under-rated too. Audison in top notch, some even consider to be best in the world, i would say they are in second next to sinfoni

Autoteks can be decent amps, but Audison makes some of the bes SQ amps out there. I'd also look into comapnies like zapco, Arc, and others.

Is Autotek MM1000.1 accurate?

I've never used any Autotek amps, but I have heard good things about the Mean Machine series. But they weren't used in SQ setups from what I saw. Autotek and audison are really just different animals.

The current Autoteks aren't the same as the old mean machines either. If those are your choices, the Audison should be the hands down choice.

if you are going active, look into the zapco reference DC line. they have some of the coolest processing out there and have everything you will ever need to go active with. definitly take a look at them.

wish to have a better amp but in singapore amp are much more expensive than us.

Actually i don't mind using JL500/1 and JL300/4. Price for JL item are higher than audison in Singapore dollar for around $400 which is US around $250. Any 1 out there know where can i ship all those audio stuff to singapore. Does they use sea shipment due is more cheaper than air charger coz i don't mind wating.

I would use the Audison over JL, especially if the JL are more expensive.

pre-maxxsonics autotek amps were great. brute power also clean.if you got the money get audison if not get autotek.
