HELP: Need new box for Mag D2 12"

Look at my signature for my current box. I feel that I should be able to get more loudness out of my Mag.

Any suggestions on a new box so that it is louder? Max box size has to be 3.5 or it wont fit in my trunk. Also, will a sealed box be any louder if I make the box 3.5 cubic ft?

i sealed box will definetly not be louder. u could try making a new box, and tuning higher, something like 35-36hz maybe even higher.

r u sayin that ur current box is 3.5cubes b4 all displacements? not sure how much space ur workin wit but i got my mag in a 3cube after all displacement box @ 33hz. The total box size is just over 4cubes and this is in a Cavalier, so u might b able to squeeze a lil more space in. U could try tuning higher also.
