help!need home audio amp

my problem is this . my mom just bought a brand new 6.1 surround sound reciver and bought the speakers seperatly but didnt buy the sub , she has a dual 8'' enclosure but is not amplified and she ask me if im able to hook one up for her . so i know how to build a new box but i dont know what type of amp i need . spes are 200rms@4,8ohms . im thinking doin 100 watts to each eight and i have a amp in mind but im not sure if its the correct one http://www.acoustic-visions.com/~acoustic/products/subwoofer_amplifiers/rythmik250/ or if you guys have any other suggestions they'll be greatly appreciated
