Can anybody please help me in designing a sealed box for three L7 15's for a 1999 Tahoe? Space is not a problem, open to all suggestions. Also, any links to where I can get a custom box made will be greatly appreciated. I live in a very small town, there aren't any stereo shop around here.

Thanks,

Tommy

Yeah man, check whatever Kicker reccomends for a sealed enclosure for those subs. Then multiply that by three (for three subs), and thats the internal volume you should aim for. Then its just a matter of designing the box, which for sealed is very easy if you arent retarded...

Give me a second and I'll give you some dimensions, 'cus im bored like that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Reccomended sealed enclosure size is 1.5 - 6 cubic feet, so basically just build a big *** box man.

Thanks for the quick replies. Should the speaker be independent of each other(have dividers, splitting the box into three sections)? Each speaker will have a Profile CL1200 with 900RMS bridged. Also, does it make a difference, which way the speaker is facing? Does it sound better with the magnet showing?

Thanks,

Tommy

with magnet showing the only dif. in sound is you lose what was it .5 or .05 db something like that other then that i dont believe there is a difference. I think dividers would be good for cancellation issues but i am new to the scene so i may be wrong.
