Help My Raido

I am having a hard time with my New HU. It's a Pioneer-DEH-P600UB and Reference Series REF9623I 6" x 9" three-way in a 07 Dodge Charger with a old JBL 4ch Amp.

The problom I am having is that there is a ground noise when the car is not on and when the car is on I had the two ground noise form the motor and the other ground noise. This is the frist time I have had this prob.

Someone help me!!!!
