yes thats exactally what I need a wiring diagram for is a mini plug used as an imput
so basicly I want to have the speakers hooked up to the cars power and the ipod wil just be an imput

the tip is the left channel and the ring is the right channel...if you need a ground, the sleeve is typically a ground.

3 is the tip, 2 is the ring, and 1 is the sleeve

Umm... Car won't power the speakers.

Ipod doesn't put out much power for speakers.

Do you have any clue what the hell you're doing?
