Help me with warranty issue.

I have an alpine type r dvc dual 4ohm and one of the vc is reading 13ohm instead of 4 so it is blown but is my warranty worth anything if I bought it off of and internet site like carstereotime.com or is it crap. If it does mean something how do I get my new sub go to the local shop and have it sent in or send it myself. Thanks for the help guys.

check if carstereo time is an authorized dealer
