Help me with shopping list pretty please....

I am in the middle of sound deadening right and am slowly putting a system together. Right now I have all of the interior ripped out of the car. Should I go ahead purchase all the cables now and run them since the interior is out of the car so I won't have to pull it again? I won't do the system for a couple of months.

More specifically, if I do go this route, can someone give me a list of wires I would need? Here is the tentative system for now:

Head unit - undecided

Components - Either Focal 165k2P or Boston Z6

Subs - (2) JL 10w6v2

Amp for subs - JL 1000.1

Amp for components - JL 450.4 (Is this a good choice for the components?) - Will I use channels 3 and 4 if I'm only running the front components?

The crossovers for the components will be located in the rear and the subs and both amps will be in the rear of the vehicle so, I would need...

0 AWG from battery to back

Suggestions on ground wire? Short as possible right?

RCA cables to go from amp area to HU area - 1 per amp

4 AWG wire from distribution block to amps

Speaker wire from amp area to each door

Remote turn on wire from HU area to amp area (1 for both amps? What gauge?)

you are gonna spend alot of money on that system....

Try to keep the ground wire as short as possible but if you need 4 ft or so it wont make a difference. Gonna need 2 grounds or 1 single ground distro'ed to 2 grounds.

Thanks for the quick reply! So I can have the ground wires go into a distro block and then one thick cable coming out and going to the chassis?

Yeah you can run 1/0 gauge from the chassis to the block, and then 4 gauge to your amps, BTW that system is going to sound pretty D@amn good.

Yeah, that system will sound nice. The only thing I'm wondering about, is why you're getting a 4 channel if you're only using 2. If you're not going to have rear deck speakers, or not going to amp them, then get a 2 channel amp. Good luck with your system.

Would a 300.2 be enough amp to keep up with my selection of components and subs?
