Help me understand bridged output

For example, lets say that you have 2 dual 4 ohm subs. Which means they can either be wired for a 4 ohm load or a 1 ohm load.

Lets say that I want to bridge them for a 4 ohm load and my amp has the following RMS specs:

100x2 @4 ohms, 200x2 @2 ohms, & 400x1 @4 ohms bridged

So how much power are the 2 subs seeing each? I am guessing it 400/2= 200 watts RMS each? Thanks in advance!!
