i have a Aftermarket HU that is a bottom line Panasonic looking to get a new eclipse 3200 do i need a new wiring harness just a precaution dont wanna buy stuff i dont need

If it was me I would get a new one...always liked soldering it up before I ever put it in the vehicle...and don't like cutting the old one up and having shorter wires to deal with...they're only like $10 most of the time anyway...not much money for ease of use IMO
