Help me pick my speakers

Sold my quad, got mad $$$ upgraded from the Q's. Got 2 18" btl's fully loaded, and am about to order 2 saz-3000d's. I need to hear the music though! I have a budget of $300 give or take for an amp and speakers. Im not a sql nut, i just need these speakers to get loud, and scream over the bass. How would something like 4 pairs of these sound (in terms of loudness and quality)? What will get louder?

That would be plenty loud and sound good doing so . Many people will vouch for those Pioneers . I myself run the comp version of those in my girlfreinds car and are definitely some of the best bang for your buck speakers out there . I think they would better in the fact that they will be more pleasing to the ears at higher volumes then those MA's .
