I'm currently replacing blown speakers that are driving me insane and I wont have these amped for the first couple of months of their lives (so I'm keeping the volume low during that time). They will be hooked up to an old Rockford amp that is 62.5rms @ 4ohm when I'm able to get the time to get all the stuff to wire them in.

I want to stay around the $100 mark for the 6x9's and $150 for the 6.5's, I'm a little more flexible on the 6.5s price though.

The vehicle itself is a little 98 Honda Civic. 6x9's going in the back, 6.5's up front of course. Both in the stock locations (rear deck and front doors).

I just realized I asked a "what kind of oil should I use," type of question... Still, the input gives me a good idea.

Also, holy hell those AudioQue's are the least expensive things I've ever seen. Interesting because I've never heard of the brand and can't find much information on them.

I have a 1999 honda civic hatch and I have been researching for a good set up, I choose the I'd ctx65cs, they are 220 but they are very good too, just make sure you use gt mat or similar to seal your doors, on the rear I decide not to put anything since there is a lot of articles claiming that it just make the sound worse I just making some door pods and getting another set of ctx65cs on the future and since maybe you have a sub you won't need no rear fill to be happy
