In the process of rebuilding my entire system in my camaro which consist of 3 sets of speakers. 6 1/2" in the front door, 6 1/2" woofer/midbass in mid panel, and 4" in rear hatch. i've got infinity 62.7i's in the door and infinity 42.7i in the hatch all thats left is the blown 6 1/2 woofers. Should i replace these or buy a sub and amp? to replace the speakers would be about $160 and the amp and sub would be about $400. The amp would be a kicker zx750.1 and the sub will either be a re se10 or a fi ssd 10".

By 'mid panel' I assume you mean the panels to the sides of the back seats? If so, those are 'rear' speakers, and can be ignored assuming you build an adequately strong front stage. I vote buy the sub (nice sub choices btw), upgrade the rear-fill with cheapy speakers later if you want.

there called sail panel speakers and only put out lows. so either a mid or sub has to go there unless you take the wire from the rear hatch speaker and put a component set in there.
