Help me out.. CDT, Adire, ED suggestions

Well I currently have a 500+w Lanzar Opti Drive from way back (awesome amp). I would like to hook it up to an SQ sub and I need some opinions. The amp is 500w at 4 ohms. I was thinking that the CDT HD1220 would be a perfect fit. (I'm not looking to spend more than $200 all told). Then I started thinking about an e12O.14 which i hear great things about. A tempest might be nice too. What do you guys think I should go with? I'm open to any 12 or 15 with any type of box that I can buy (I'm lazy). I'm also open to buying on the forum if anyone has something that fits my description : 500w at 4 ohms and awesome SQ and under $200.
