Help me make the right choice?

I have two 10" subs that I want to put into my car but I don't know the right amp to get, I prefer to use a cheaper one since im on a budget and I don't need the stereo costing more then the car haha

Just let me know what would be the correct size and what not to get. Thanks

Well first off can you tell us either the model number or the stats of your subs.. ie rms power and impedance.

I don't know, I bought them off someone. They are 10 in sony xplodes. 700watts is what I was told

prolly need a 500 watt amp or less with those ,that will depend if they are dual 4 ohm subs or single 4 ohm subs

Help me figure out the info I need from the subs? I can fix a engine and wire this stuff up but when it comes to specs I know nothing :/

Sony xplods always came in single 4 ohm

An amp that does around 600 watts @ 2 ohms
