Help me identify this RE sub

I picked up this RE sub recently and I'm pretty sure it is an MT but I would like some verification on it. It is a 15, has 3 1" slugs, and weighs quite a bit. My main question has to do with the black basket. All I've seen before are the silver baskets. Is this an RE MT? Is this an original basket just limited production or did someone put on some other basket?

Oh, I forgot to add that both coils read .7.

Yep, its an MT.

Looks like it was just reconed and someone used a black 12-spoke basket.
