I just picked up this US Amp from a co worker, it has no info written on it at all except US Amps Miami, FL. Its white in color, 10" long 7" wide and maybe 2-3" thick. It is a 2 channel with rca's and gain knob on one side, and power, ground, remote, and L/R speaker wires coming out of the other side. Anyone know how much power its capable of, whether or not it's bridgable, and what ohm load will it run daily ? I took pics but have no clue how to resize them to fit this post, but would gladly email them to anyone who might be able to help.

First thing, you need to figure out which generation it is. Here are some 1st gen US Amps. (ones on bottom)...

.

Then here is a 2nd gen US Amps. (back right corner, Purple)...

.

That will tell you the generation of the amp if it is really old. Then we can go from there. The 1st gen will have a "K" in the heatsink corners. 2nd gen has very shallow heatsink fins.

The next thing will be to take the board out of the heatsink. US Amps puts the info on the underside of the early amps. If you are comfortable with it, take the board out, and it will say which amp it is. If you are not, PM me for email of the pics you have. Might need some internal pics too. Just remove the back cover for that one. Take off a sideplate, and the bottom will slide right off.
