You could always just make a program that keeps refreshing it

or even easier, download a clicker that just keeps clicking your mouse very fast and leave it on the refresh button.

you need to set an automatic reload for every second or faster on your browser. Im pretty sure you can do this for watching stocks and auctions etc..
