My goal is to get a 147 on TL and still be somewhat musical. I will have the following:

1 SAZ3500

1 Crescendo 1000c4

2 extra batteries

HO Alternator

2 runs of 0 gauge

Subs??? - I need your help

Box type?? - I need your help

Here is my trunk...Seats DO not lay down but it has a pass thru @ the armrest (I am not interested in cutting the rear deck). I will need room for the amps and batteries to fit in here too.

What would you do?

You won't get a 147 without cutting more holes into the interior. You need to pressurize the interior as much as possible, you'll need to remove the 6x9's at the very least if not cut the back deck open even more. You'll need a 15" - something like a MT, BTL, SPL15, something that can take some power firing to one of the corners, and some areo ports on the other end.

I don't mind removing the 6X9's...So, without any cutting, what do you think is a "reasonable" expectation??

Just do like I did and remove the 6x9's also. just get some good comps on good power up front.

On mine the seats fold down so I have it so the box doesnt seal the trunk off either

i think with the right box it could be possible with out cutting but would require a complex box sixth order high pass side would have the 13x7 port firing into cabin and the low side would have two 6in aeros 1 into each 6x9 holeand try and seal the cabin off completely

Hmm...That sounds interesting...I've talked with another guy and he suggested 4th order and have the port come through the pass thru. It would have 2 12's..Here is a very quick sketch up of what he suggested: http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a263/MisterGrubbs/Stupid4thSketchup.jpg

I'd love to see a design of how that would look...Any takers??
