I've taken the back seats out of my mustang for a cleaner look. I now have a template for a wooden kind of cover for the area where the seats were. Pics are here of it: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7962138393&category=33705&sspagename=WDVW

Now, as you can see the wood doesnt sit level with the carpeted hatch area, and I will have to build another little elevated section at the rear of the assembly because my box for the XXX will not sit flat if I do not. I was wondering if you guys could give me some good ideas for mounting the amps on, under or flush on this back seat delete. I do have a little bit of plexiglass sitting here I could put over them if they were flush mounted. BUT i have no idea how to do it as far as the wood working. I can cut and nail and glue and everything, but I don't know how to do it exactly. Any ideas? Anyone wanna photoshop something in?

Make a recess in the seat delete and mount your amp in there and put plexiglass over it. That is what I will be doing when I make my own rear seat delete for my 92 GT.
