help me decide

my goal is to obtain about 65%SPL and 35% SQ. I mainly listen to rap, have a budget of about $800 for 2 subs, and will most likely be purchasing 2 Kicker1500's; one for each sub. I have researched for a while now, but still can't seem to commit to a certain sub.

I was thinking about the BL but some responses I have read said their SQ isint that great at all.

Just looking for some other options based on what I stated above.
