Help Me Decide

Ok I know this is gona strike you guys as stupid but I'm needing some helping in picking a company for my stereo for the show car.

I'm wanting to go with 1 brand for Subs, Amps, Speakers, and possibly Wiring(I may just use KnuKonceptz like I always have).

The headunit will be a Kenwood EZ-500 w/ a seperate DVD player for the Monitors(Visors, Rear View Mirror, Console, & possibly doors).

I've taken my rear seats out and I'm in the process of seperating the trunk area from the cabin and I'm going to put the subs where the back seat used to be in my coupe('96 Honda Civic).

The other thing I'm tryin to decide is between 4 10s or 4 12s.

I'm building this system to showcase to companies what I can do and hopefully pick up a sponsor.

Alpine would be nice but they get uber expensive.

MB Quart?

Not the greatest-sounding components in the world, but with heavy EQing they'd be alright...

Hrmmm.....I'd have to look into Diamond. Thanks for the idea.

I would love to do Alpine but I just can't afford that much in equipment with any backing.

Does MB Quart make amps? I thought they were only speakers unless it was HT.

MB Quart's Reference series amps were/are quite nice...not sure if they're currently made.

I'd love to go a full Rockford system. I just can't get past the price of their amps. They ain't made of gold, but we shall see.

Well I'm seriously considering JBL and just running 2 15" GTi MKIIs. They make nice equipment and its not overlypriced.

Ok I'm realizing doing this type of setup without backing is gona drain my pocket book really really quickly.

Should I just use seperate companies products until I can get a sponsor backing me products or what?

i think it's going to hit the pocket regardless - i don't think you would save a whole lot more splitting up companies.... best bet would probably be e-bay, and picking up things used

but i don't know what your vision is....

I'd say kicker too. Possibly eD. Rockford would be nice though, some of their amps can be had for cheap on ebay.
