help me decide what to do

ok right now i have 6.5s in the front doors and 6x9s in the rear deck i am about to put 1 dd9512s in the trunk I would think this will blow the 6x9s right?

The amp I have is like 100x 4 or 400 x 2 so 2 ch operation is not going to work

so the way i see it is these are my opitons unless someone else can help

1 6.5s in doors and maby 5.25s in front floor

2 leave it allone and take the risk of the 6x9s blowing

buy those cups that go on the bottom of the 6x9 to seal it off from the sub

Not if you set the gains properly.

Without speakers in your rear deck, you'll have more air for the bass to come through. Rear fill isn't really necessary.

the amp is 400 x 2 rms my speakers are 100watts rms

so just use 2 of the channels, you dont HAVE to use all the channels

Or, like I said before, you could bridge the amplifier, giving you plenty of head room. Set your gains accordingly.

I think that i am going to stay running 4 speakers

so eather I will use those baffels on the rear 6x9s or i will add kicks and another set of 6.5s up front
