Focal Polyglass V1 from the Realm of Excursion store 195+ship

RE audio 6.5" componets from Woofers Etc.

My limit on money is 250 shipped. Now dont bash me because of my budget, I just want to get these crappy type R comps out of my doors.

If you want loud, go RE.

But since it sound like the quality of your current Type R's is why you want to change, get the Focals.

Focals are great for SQ.

well I need loud...hence my sub setup. Im not an all out SQ guy, but I want loud, but it still needs to sound decent.

do you have to buy new? there is some guy selling some CDT Eurosports in the classifieds for around 200 if I remember correctly

I second the CDTs - I have the DCT hi def. love em. BETTER than my focals. I have a pair of focal mids - I can sell you for like 125+ shippin gif you wish. I couldn't stand the tweeter - so i chucked them.
