Help me decide..RF or Alpine 4-channel

I am trying to decide between a Rockford Fosgate P4004 amp (50x4 RMS) or an Alpine MRV-F340 amp (55x4 RMS). I know both of these amps' power is underrated and they are about the same price. I will be pushing 5x7 Polk db's that can take 60 watts RMS. Which amp do you think will make the speakers sound cleaner? Let me know what you guys think.

I like the v12 amps..

but to be honest I don't know anyone that rockford model..

so my opinion is biased towards Alpine..

i like the sony 1200 watts it does prob the same like those.

Sony amps are cheap, i think i'm leaning towards rockford
