Help me decide...recone hdc3's or try the XXX

ya i would guess its caused by clipping too. the hdc3s really dont take to that very well and will get hot or fry a voice coil. whatever you do i would suggest either getting your amp running right or maybe looking into a different one. you really wouldnt want to **** up the XXX.

yeah thats what I'm thinkin...wish I had an O-scope to get my hands on

Tell me what you think the settings on the amp should be? I don't have the settings memorized, but I have gone over numerous times, and they seemed to be correct....

Is it possible that the amp is messed up? But if it was sending a bad signal then it shouldn't really be playin music..wish there was a way to check for clipping.
