Help me decide PLZ!

Unless I cut the torsion bars for the trunk, underneath the rear deck, then no. Well not rear-firing anyway. I guess u could always up-fire the sub, but probably wouldn't b as loud. I've heard that 4th Gen's r hard to get loud, and from personal experience it seems to b true. My XXX is loud for a single sub setup, but would b much louder n a different car. A 5^ft box can be done pretty easily n the trunk, but its not enough height for a 15".
Im a fourth genner too and yeah its hard to get loud dammit lol....BTW 15 WILL fit depending on box size....
Check its out.... http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=482362

He thought it didint fit at first lol...

yea i have a maxima 96 too , u can fit 15" but sub must fire up,

and yea those 2 bars under the deck are freakin ANNOYING, u sure it wont **** up the truck if u cut/remove them,?? and do you know how to fold the back seats !!?

He doesn't have the sub slid completly under the rear deck, or either he cut the bars out. I think he just sat it in there without sliding it back. I had a very tight fit with a 14" box going under the bars under the rear deck, but I do have a false floor. Anything is possible, and u can upfire, but i like having my box slid back as far as I can. It's only a 3^ft enclosure, and it looks like a trunk full. Another way I know its not slid completly back...u can't fit anything wider than 33"-34" between the strut mounts...the box is 37"w.

But like I said...it will fit depending on box size //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

You could always do sub up, ports back of course....

His comment was just to dump on the post...after i read that i saw there was another thread with these subs, but when there's not a lot of info out there, why can't we ask questions? Thats the reasoning behind a forum, to get info and opinions.

Gotta b some more opinions on this...

and that is why there are more threads being opened on these subs...never been compared before...Never gotten comparison reviews on each. And they are all very great subs....

I am also trying to get a feel for which people think is more SQL...the TC, or the SIMAG... The TC has a 3"VC..which should mean it has a little more output potential vs the SI 2.5" (even on the 15") BUT the SI has been putting up some pretty impressive numbers from what ive seen lately

why is that?dam bunch of sheep some of you are.......

Type Rs

Mags

Rainbow SLCs

XXX

and now TC Sounds

the list of sheep hardware just keeps on growing

What ever is popular I want the opposite !@
DD/AQ ftw //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

DD and AQ arent even in the same class..

Also to add to my last post....... Also comparing the TC and the SI MAG...the TC is 100 bucks cheaper also..... So is the MAG worth another 100 bucks is what im tryhing to figure out....I know i cant go wrong with either one though...but $$ is a big factor for me.

Amstel Light FTW
