help me decide on a amp

i need some opinions on wat amp would give me the best performance for mysubs. i have 2 15" mtx 9500 in a ported box, i am looking for mainly lows but at the same time be "loud". i have 1 jl 1000/1 on them now but i know they are seriously getting underpowered

the 3 amps i had in mind are stetsom 7kd, cactus 5k or mtx t40001d or get another jl 1000/1 and run 1 to each sub?

the thing that bothers me about the jl is that its draws alot of power and its only rated at 1000 watts, is that enough power to push these subs to their real capabilities?

and how would 2 jl 1000/1 stand up against 1 atomic 5000.1?
