Help me decide 6.5 comp set on budget...

Will be ran off of older PPI PC450 amp. 50x4 rms.

I am looking currently at these only.

Memphis audio PR series 6 1/2" comp set 15-PRS6V2 50rms 100 peak

Polk DB series 6 1/2"comp set db6501 100 w rms

Alpine type R 6 1/2" comp set. SPR-17S 110 rms

This would be for front stage.

I would get corresponding 6 1/2 cox for rear fill based off of my choice for front comp set.

I know there are a million other choices im sure. But, this is what ive narrowed it down too. Please give me suggestions based off these choices. only set ive heard so far is the memphis which actually sounded pretty good. Im trying to stay under $150 max for comp set. i know i can get all of these under that price. the polks being the cheapest...then the memphis then the alpines.

dont get the MB Quart PVI 216... I know im not too pleased with them but for $140 bnib what can you expect ?

I found it hard to find the real RMS rating for each speaker. Most retailers list the RMS with both sides combined.

thanks for the info...i was looking at those MB's on amazon...but came down to deciding to good to be true...there has to be a reason it is so cheap. i have used MB's old school before and they were great...but im not willing to dive for the newer stuff from them.

looking for opinions on the ones in my original post btw

I personally loved the SPR.

But i just ordered Crescendo Audio comps. It's gotten nothing but good review. Give crescendo a shot!

I have those very MB Quart speakers and I haven't heard or installed them yet. What's so bad about them?

Not interested in audiobahns.

I am sure there are plenty of others out there. and i do appreciate suggestions. But, i have tried my best to narrow already to these based on price and availability and all. just looking for opinions on these for what im wanting to do with my amp as well.
