Help me choose

i would get the rub over the mb quart and the 0 guage knu kit and be happy for a lil over 200 209 i think lol.

and get the 150 amp fuse

you run one 0 guage wire to the rear battery that connects to the front battery positive. you then ground the rear battery with0 guage to a solid ground in the trunk. make sure u saind paper paint away and watch for gas tank when u ground

 
0 gauge set for the ku kit? **** thats huge ! i guess thats what the amp needs though..

and also..

0 guage through the entire car? shitt thatas huge again !! haha. whats the best way to wire all this through my car without it being all over the floor and my main issue.. getting it from under the hood to the rear of the car

 
If you're getting a speaker amp later on, get the 0 gauge kit from Knu I suggested. Get the 150a fuse if you're getting the Soundstream amp, which is also solid. Honestly, I'd just get the Soundstream right now. 0 gage kit from Knu w/ 150a fuse. Don't worry about the wiring and install stuff for now, we'll get to that when you get the gear in.

Also in electrical terms, there's a power wire, and a ground wire. The power is denoted as positive (+), the ground is denoted as negative (-). so the GND labeled on the amp, is your battery negative.

 
ahh i see. and ermm. it says

Maximum Input Gauge Size 4 AWG

so i should get... 4 Gauge at the biggest, how would 0 Gauge fit?

 
We'll teach you how to fit 0 gauge. Buying the 0 gauge now will also make it so you don't have to buy another amp kit when you get an amp for the door speakers down the road. Also, it reduces the chance voltage drop, and strain on the electrical system of your car, reducing the chance of frying the amp.

The amp is capable of 1500w, so it needs a 150a fuse. When you do the big 3 upgrade, you'll get a 250a fuse for that. But that's a different issue for later.
