Help me choose the right AMP out of 2?

I am going to be getting the 2qty - 10" Elemental Designs 11Kv.2 Subwoofer 2ohm or 4 ohm subs and need to find a good amp for them.

So I wanted to see which one I should go w/ between these 2:

US Amps XT-800.2

dynamic power: 400w

rms power (2ohm): 200w x 2

rms power (4ohm): 100w x 2

bridged power (4ohm): 520w x 1

Cadence TXA-500HC

4 Ohm RMS Power: 2 x 100 Watts @ 13.8 Volts

2 Ohm RMS Power: 2 x 200 Watts @ 13.8 Volts

1 Ohm RMS Power: 2 x 300 Watts @ 13.8 Volts

2 Ohm Mono RMS Power: 1 x 600 Watts

Now I am thinking the Cadence would be better if I do go w/ the 2 ohm Elemental Designs 11Kv.2, what do you think?

My budget on amp is about $150 - $220
