Help me choose a sub please!!!

Hey guys...

I posted a question before and have slightly modified what I am doing, so want to get your advice once again...

I am replacing a sub, and am looking for a 12 that will give me a good overall SQ/SPL mixture - you know, kind of one of those "ultimate subs"... Anyway, it is going to go into a 1.25cf sealed enclosure, and be powered by an amp that supplies 600w into 2-ohms or 1000w into 1-ohm... (it is a Sony XM-1600GSD -- don't worry, it is the next thing I am going to upgrade - probably to a 1200.1)

Anyway - here are the possibilities I have come up with thus far --

One Brahma 12" (dual 2-ohm dvc - approx 1000w)

One Audiomobile MASS or EVO-R (both are dual 4-ohm dvc, so they would get about 600w)

Elemantal Designs e12a (dual 2-ohm dvc - approx 1000w)

Which would you choose and/or had personal experience with in similar set-ups?

What is the availability of the Brahma & e12a? (I e-mailed Adire last night, but today is a holiday and I may not hear back right away...)

Thanks a lot for the help -- I never know I would pull out so much hair choosing a sub!

By saying you want a mix of SQ/SPL("ultimate sub") I think you just walked yourself right into the Brahma //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif You wouldnt be dissapointed with that sub, I'll tell you that.

Yeah, I personally dont know which one I would take...

its a cash flow issue, lol.

i think im going to get my amp first, and then order my K's once i get back from mexico in the new year

looks like the Ultimate 1300 or 1200 watt one, i jsut have to go in and check with the guy ont eh price i can get it for...
