help me choose a preamp/EQ/crossover

for my CarPuter.

has to have an RCA aux input for my PC

and has to have front/rear/sub outputs.

dont necessarily need an indash EQ or anything, as i just ordered this to control volume: Mp3Car Custom Car Computers!

dont really need a crossover either, becuase the IA6.4 amps have a good crossover on them for an active setup, plus im going to run a software crossover and EQ program anyways on the PC.

so really i just need something for a preamp..dont need anything EXPENSIVE like a RF 360 like meade has, but i dont want a shitty power acoustic or something thats gonna have noise/bad SQ.

suggestions?
