Help me choose a front & sub amp?

Was looking at the AQ1200. Might go with that. My budget is $300 shipped. Would like to have a warranty.

Woman at the audio shop was really pushing me to buy her Boston GT-28 for $300. I know it's a good deal, but I'm worried about the power that thing will need. Plus its HUGE!!

I'm using this to push two of the new 12" Type R's (sealed). I want it to sound as clean as possible.

Also need an amp to push the fronts-- most likely the ID ctx65cs. I may get some 6x9s for the back, although I have seen a lot of people just recommending HU power for backs and focusing on the front stage. Unless there's a dramatic difference in SQ (I wouldn't know, this is my first system), I guess I'm looking for a 4 channel. If anyone has any opinions on this, please post them. Looking to spend about $250 on the fronts amp.

Let me know if I should spend more on the front amp or sub amp.

Really considering just getting AQ4X90 for the front and AQ1200 for the back. Then I'll get an AQ decal for my back window and a picture of me nuthugging it.

wont let me post link, ****. but if you go to the boston acoustics site and go to the outlet store, on the left theres a menu with all their amps. you can get the gt-28 for 200 shipped or something near it. good deal.

All stock. The engine has a 110 amp alternator and a 550 amp battery with rundown protection

ah. the big three helps a lot. im doing mine this week at somepoint. You should also think about getting a battery in the trunk

Whats the best route to go in terms of finances? Capacitor, Big 3, alternator upgrade, extra battery? I really wasn't even considering upping my electrics for this project.

I'm gonna have two subs @ 600 RMS, and the components @ 100 RMS (underratted)

How fast can you wrk? That is how long it will take to do the big 3. As far as cost should be somewhat cheap just some 0awg wire and a few terminals.

yeah, plan to spend around 30 bucks.
