Help matching subs & amp

I have two Rockford Fosgate 15" T2 dual 2 ohm subs puttin out 1000w rms each. i want to get the best sq and power out of the subs. Which amp would be the best fit? What about the kicker Zx2500.1? (2500w rms x 1 channel @ 2 ohm) ...or the Rockford Fosgate T20001bd amp? (2000w RMS x 1 channel @ 1 ohm)? Any other suggestions that would be better choices?? ..Forgive me for my lack of knowledge here haha... Thanks for the help!

Both are good amps. The Kicker is notorious around here but the RF should do just about the same power, if not more. I've seen the RF with birthsheets up to about 29xx RMS. I'd get whatever is cheaper and if money was not an issue, I'd get the RF just to match.
