help matching amp with subs?

hey so my friend gave me Dual XNBP12D 12-Inch 800 Watts Illumination Bandpass Subwoofers for free. i know that dual sucks, but its free subs so i dont care. im pretty new at all this, and i can either get a amp that is 620 watts,(sorry thats all i know about it) or an Insignia 1200W Class D Bridgeable amp. which one of these would work better? i dont know what would be too powerful or not enough power, sorry im pretty new at this. thanks for the help.
