Help making adapter rings

I'm trying to make some adapter rings out of a cutting board to get my speakers (which have a cutout diameter of 5.5") to fit in a 5" hole. What should I use to cut the plastic? I tried a jig saw but the blade got super dull super fast.

Don't have any of those, I just need to know what's going to cut this plastic the easiest

New, sharp, (Non-cheap) blade. Higher tooth count will make for a cleaner cut but may dull faster.

Just figured out I can't extend the speaker out any farther towards the interior of the car without modifying the door panel, oh well. Looks like I gotta return them
