help! made box too big. now reducing its width

yea im just gonna keep the box at 38 and finish building it then sell it.

whats the least amount of cubes i can get away with using this sub?

im guessing at 2.9 cubes as stated in the manufactor specs?

I don't have any experience with the 15 but I know they grossly under size the enclosures for the 12s at 1.5 cubes.
