Help Install 0/1 Gauge Wire To High Current Alternator on 2005 Chevy Impala LS 3.8L?

Need Help on install, I Would like to know if this 220Amp Alternator Will work in my car http://www.powerbastards.com/products.asp?cat=2332

Now I need to know How much feet to get for 0/1 Gauge wire, What Size Ring Terminals do i need? 3/8? 5/16? I know I need 0/1 Gauge Terminals but the size that goes around the ring battery post.. also I have a Yellow Top Optima battery Installed in my 2005 Chevy Impala LS 3.8L already
