Help I hear noises....Sony CDX-GT710

I have had this Sony for years now and for some reason i think its crapping out on me.....i have not listened to a CD in a few months because lack of any good speakers. But anyways when i go to put the CD in it is fine but when the face goes back up you hear this.....it still plays fine everything works on it...just wondering what it is...

its like... the motor is jamming. Almost seems like it needs oil or something but you dont really oil plastic lol
