atleast now i dont hear my roof ratteling and flexing....

psssh. my sub ripped my rearview off, so I re-adhesived it. It was properly installed also and again, it ripped off the mirror, along with the chunk of glass it was with.

I can take pics.

Him cracking his roof is still more badass, but congratulations all the same.

I agree you should weld it.

yeah, i REALLY did
i think i would be more upset that my roof is such a piece of crap that the metal broke.

but i would just good some JBweld on from underneath, and then get some 1\16" strapping and JBweld it along the whole underside of the roof, but you are still gonna have to sand and re-paint that spot... might wanna consider spotwelding that crack then some JBweld to fill it in.

it looks like you used MDF and some sound deadener crap... im not too sure about that, but i would have just JBwelded some metal reinforcements up there. youd of been all set //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

I've seen that before on explorers at the same spot, thats alot of flexing and stress on a curve like that. What ya get for firing em all up!! Pretty cool, but looks like a pain to fix //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
