HELP I Can't find anything out on this sub!!

aight.. so i'm on ebay.. and i'm looking for alpine type r's.. and i come accross..SWR-1241's.. i've never heard of them.. alpine doesn't have them on their website.. and no one else does either.. but people are paying bucks for them.. 300 bucks ++ for 2..12"s... so i'm just wondering what's so special about these vs. the 1240's.. any addition info someone can provide would be appreciated

aight i'm an idiot.. but anyhow i did find a lil info on the sub.. from the alpine press release...It has a completely re designed motor structure.. and should be available in the next month or so.. i wanna know if it's a big difference in how the sub performs.. cause the price is 20 bucks more than the 2001 model.. any how.. we'll just wait and see..
