help hooking up a amp to a factory headunit and speakers

i am replacing all my spearkers in a 05 gto and wana keep the factory head unit i was wondering if i can hook up one 4 channel amp to all my spaekers and still be able to control the bass and trebel from the head unit and how i would install this

Depending on the amp, it might have speaker level inputs, but if not you'll need a line out converter.
